It is so beautiful and sweltering hot outside I want to spend my days under the shadow of a leafy tree (or better yet, cooling myself off at the beach) eating this delicious, beauty enhancer, similar to sorbet, frozen watermelon italian granitas all day long. Siiiii!

Citrus strawberry watermelon granitas two ways, here ya go!
You will need just 5 simple ingredients! sugary Watermelon, sweet orange juice (freshly squeezed or cold pressed), strawberries for a boost of flavour, lime to add a zesty touch and mint or basil leaves for a final refreshing herb flavour.
Toss your ingredients into a Blender and blend until smooth. Next step will either be freezezing your smooth granita mixture until completely frozen (first way) or crushing ice cubes in a high speed blender, serving it in a small glass and pouring your watermelon granita smooth liquid mixture over (second way). Presto! you have a frozen watermelon granita in no time! I’m raving about GRANITAS! Yey!
