Sugary dates (depitted) form the base of these delicious energy bites dough recipe, white mulberries add the sweet crunchiness, while cinnamon and vanilla give it a decadent spice touch, and CAROB “the king ingredient” gives it an incredible, heavenly chocolate-y flavour and aroma.
Carob is a brown floury powder extracted from carob beans free of the allergetic and addictive effects of caffeine and theobromine present in Cacao. Organic Carob powder has a delicious sweet chocolatey taste and aroma you can smell from distance. Mmm so seductive!

- If you want your dough to be more soft and gooey, less dense you can add a couple to 1/4 cup of soaked dates.
