You might be a little sceptical about eating a raw vegan soup, Yeap!, How come?!. It is possible to eat a creamy, delicious, hearty pumkin soup without cooking your ingredients first, yeah right?! Hehehe, I guess I had the same thought when I first heard of the possibility of having my all time food fave, Pumkin soup but raw and vegan. How exciting! or weird you might think! hehehe…
To my surprise I found out that, Yes! pumkin can be eaten raw! and Yes it is absolutely an enjoyable pleasant experience to the taste buds and the soul too!.

The process of cooking denatures the food and leave us with empty calories and toxic by-products that create an acid environment within our bodies.

This soup it is absolutely delicious, wholesome, plant based, creamy, soul comforting, nourishing, healthy and hearty. Very easy to make and with fall–ingredients you probably already have at home in your fridge.
Serve it in a warm soup bowl or place it in the dehydrator for a couple of minutes before serving. If you happen to have no dehydrator, no worries, you can warm it up for a couple of minutes in your pre heated oven at the lowest temperature possible.
