BLENDING TIPS: How to make a perfect green smoothie? How to make it taste deliciously?
Simple! For green smoothie beginners I suggest starting with a formula/ratio of 60%-70% fruits (3 cups fruits) and 30%-40% (1 1-2 cups) leafy greens. Taste and adjust flavors gradually. Having a high speed blender like this one or this one makes a big difference too! If you can afford them, I highly recommend them!

- For a more chill green smoothie you can use frozen pineapple and mango or add a couple of ice cubes and blend with rest of ingredients.
- You can substitute 1 cup spinach for 1 cup: baby kale, mix greens, romaine lettuce or beetroot tops.
