This recipe is inspired by one of those busy days I had at work and got home exhausted and hungry wanting to have a ready to eat, simple, sweet and savory, nourishing, reinvigorating, super satisfying dinner meal. So Giant Green salad bowl came to be! So fravorful, it takes you from south to north, literally!
The featured ingredients in this recipe are Tropical sweet papaya (one of my favorite tropical frutis) and savory and sweet local cherry tomatoes (my favorite ones among all tomatoes). The mix of this delicious fruits is supreme delicious, you so have to give yourself this tasty pleasure!.
Parsley, cilantro, cumin and chilli flakes give it a little spark of taste of Mexican Food. Miam!
